Quality Assurance

Our in-house Quality Assurance Department supported by our third party QA partner UL-STR ensure that all orders managed by Xpect are provided with their own personalized QA Inspection with criteria specifically designed to meet the client’s individual needs in addition to all statutory requirements and following Xpect’s way of working.

All productions in the Far East are subject of a 80% production quality inspection, in combination with a full pre-shipment inspection. 

All testing of the products is provided by CPSIA accredited labs. We work with Intertek,  SGS, Bureau Veritas and UL for analyzing the compliance of each premium to the actual regulations of each country, or to match the special requirements of the customer.
